In-house Positive Change L&D
We design and facilitate programs to enable our clients to create a culture of inquiry and learning. .For organisations wanting to build knowledge and skills amongst their teams, we offer tailored learning and development programmes.
Sessions explore the latest thinking in terms of Positive Organisational Change, Appreciative Inquiry and other strength-based approaches. Session are run as 1/2 day ‘tasters’, full day ‘introduction’ or 3-4 day ‘development’ sessions. The advantage is that teams can use the session to focus on real life organisational situations.
Sample topics include: Appreciative Leadership, team building and collaboration, talent development, people engagement, positive workplace and organisational well-being, innovation/creativity, strategic planning, project management, customer service, mentoring, and coaching
